WHAT IS THIS HAUNTED MANSION INSPIRED GHOSTLY RETREAT?

ATTENTION———THIS IS NOT A HAUNTED ATTRACTION, ESCAPE ROOM or SPECIAL EVENT!!

Our Ghostly Retreat is a unique one of kind immersive Haunted Mansion inspired rental property (AirBnB). It is filled with one of kind artifacts as well as many fun sights, sounds and special FX that occur during the duration of your stay. From eerie familiar soundtracks, to fun illusions that may appear in mirrors as well as creepy sounds and the possibly of moment through the house in the middle of the night.

REMINDER:

This is NOT an over the top type of attraction filled with Non Stop Special FX. This is a beautifully decorated Airbnb Getaway that embraces the look and feel of the Haunted mansion that contains some fun and familiar special FX we have grown to adore from the actual attraction.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF DAYS WE CAN BOOK THE RETREAT?

There is a 2 night minimum and 14 day Max.

HOW MUCH IS IT PER NIGHT?

Rates vary during peak and off peak dates. The average nightly rate is $349.00 per night.

WHERE IS THE RETREAT LOCATED?

The Ghostly retreat is located just 7 miles from the Disneyland theme parks in Orange County, California.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN WE HAVE IN THE HOUSE?

This is a 4 bedroom, single story retreat with a 8 person occupancy.

Room 1 - 1 King

Room 2 - 1 Queen

Room 3 - 1 Queen

Room 4 - 2 Twins

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS INTERACTIVE, DOES THAT MEAN THERE WILL BE ACTORS, OR ANYONE ELSE ON THE PROPERTY?

No. You will have the entire property to yourself. Most of the special effects are automated and on timers. These can be disable by request to the management.

The house does contain multiple security cameras located around the outer perimeter of the house as well as a few interior cameras located in a few of the common areas that contain our FX. This is for your safety and the safety of the property.

Management is located just minutes from the property in case of an emergency.

WHAT IS THE CLEANING PROCESS IN RELATION TO COVID19?

We are committed to following AirBnB’s enhanced 5 step Covid19 process.

Step 1: Prepare
Proper preparation can help you and your team clean more efficiently and more safely

Step 2: Clean
It’s important to start by removing dust and dirt from surfaces, such as floors and countertops

Step 3: Sanitize
Use chemical disinfectants to help reduce the number of bacteria on high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs and TV remotes

Step 4: Check
Refer to the the checklist for each room for best practices on how to clean and sanitize different spaces

Step 5: Reset
To help prevent cross-contamination, it's important to finish cleaning and sanitizing a room and wash your hands before replacing items for the next guest.

IS THIS SCARY?

Scary is a matter of opinion. The retreat does contain fun Haunted Mansion like elements that include familiar sights and sounds. But, we have added additional special effects that you may experience during your stay. Creepy sounds and things moving around in the middle of the night are likely a guarantee.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Reservations will eventually be handled solely through AirBnB.com once we fulfill our pre-reservation list. To join our waitlist please email us at info@sinisterpointe.com and provide us with your name, email address and phone number.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Due to the nature of this unique retreat which contains many very expensive and custom one of a kind artifacts and decor elements, we do not allow any children under the age of 12.

CAN I SMOKE / VAPE?

Smoking / vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house.

IS THIS GHOSTLY RETREAT PET FRIENDLY?

Unfortunately it is NOT. Please keep your fur babies at home during your stay.

IS THE RETREAT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Due to the unique nature of the property, it currently is NOT handicap accessible. We are working to change that once we get up and running.

ARE THEIR ANY OTHER FEES OTHER THAN THE PRICE OF THE RENTAL?

YES, there is an $80 cleaning fee as well as AirBnB charges a service fee (roughly 14% of your stay total).

WHAT AMENITIES CAN WE EXPECT WHILE STAYING HERE?

Our ghostly retreat features all the amenities one might need to survive their stay in a place like this. This dwelling includes a 7 person jacuzzi, Keurig Coffee station complete with regular, Decaf and Tea, Brita Water Filters, all kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, Rice Cooker, Smart TVs with Disney Plus and other channels, Hi Speed WiFi, Bluetooth Speakers, Blow Dryers, Iron and Ironing Board, Washer and Dryer and so much more.
